Pork Lo Mein
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package linguine
⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon white sugar
½ teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 cups snap peas
1 small sweet onion, chopped
1 (12 ounce) pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1 (8 ounce) package sliced white mushrooms
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped, divided
½ teaspoon chopped fresh ginger, or to taste
3 green onions, sliced
Pork Lo Mein
Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook the linguine at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 9 minutes; drain.
Meanwhile, whisk soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, sugar, and sesame oil together in a small bowl.
Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add snap peas and onion; cook and stir until onion is translucent, about 2 minutes. Add pork, mushrooms, red bell pepper, 1/3 of the garlic, and ginger; cook until pork is no longer pink, about 2 minutes.
Add remaining garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in soy sauce mixture; cook and stir until sauce thickens, about 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
Stir linguine into the skillet until coated; sprinkle green onions over top.
Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 (6 ounce) boneless pork loin chop, cut into small pieces
1 green onion, chopped
¼ cup chopped carrot
¼ cup chopped broccoli
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup cold cooked rice
¼ cup frozen peas
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
Gather all ingredients.
Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add pork, green onion, carrot, and broccoli; cook and stir until pork is cooked through, 7 to 10 minutes.
Transfer pork mixture to a bowl and return skillet to medium heat. Stir egg into the skillet and scramble until completely set.
Add pork mixture back into the skillet; stir in rice, peas, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
Cook and stir until heated through, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
Orange Pork

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless pork chops
⅔ cup orange juice
¼ cup soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Orange Pork
Directions
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook pork chops until evenly brown on both sides; remove from skillet. Pour in orange juice, soy sauce and sugar. Boil for 2 minutes, scraping the bottom of pan. In a small bowl, mix together water and cornstarch, and stir into sauce. Return pork to skillet and cook briefly until thickened and heated through.
